Onbright Siksha Foundation refund policy ensures fair and transparent processing of request for refund of donations. We request all the donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations. However we are not obliged to process refund request and decline the refund to donation, particulary if Tax Exemption certificate under Section 80G has been issued.

But it is also possible to that donation may be made erroneously or donor may have changed their mind or other genuine reasons.

To seek refund of donation, donor may send the refund request in written or through email within 10 days on which the donation was made to our organization either through online transfer, cheque deposit to foundations account. However, if donation is made offline means through deposit of cash, you need to attach the softcopy of the receipt with the refund request.

The refund request should state the reason of requesting refund clearly and sent to the mentioned contact number which are given below with the following details

  • Date of Donation
  • Donation Amount
  • Cheque number if donation is made through the cheque, credit card last four digit or transection ID if donation is made through online.

We will review the request of refund of donation and then only precede you request and send back your donation amount within 10 working days.
